Your teachers attend every session and activity with the group, students on accommodation packages stay with their classmates, and your coordinator is one message away before and throughout the conference.

Group rates apply to full payment of the current price. We encourage groups of at least 5, but smaller groups are welcome.
Your institution pays
Book all seats in one order and pay by card or bank transfer. At checkout you enter each delegate's name and email.
Paying by purchase order, or need a quote first? Request a group proposal and we send you a tailored quote.
Register your group
Each family pays for its own student at the group rate with a group code your coordinator sends within one working day. If your institution pays by invoice or purchase order, choose “Our institution pays” and we send you a quote instead.
Questions
Who can book a group delegation?
Schools, universities, clubs, companies and other organisations sending two or more delegates to the same conference.
How do the free teacher places work?
For every 10 paid students you get one free place for a teacher or chaperone. Send your teachers' names to your group coordinator after booking and they are registered for you. Teachers beyond the free places travel as extra seats at the student price: add them to the number of students when you book.
Can we add students later?
Yes. Book the extra seats as a new group order, or ask your coordinator to add them to your group code.
Can a group pay in instalments?
Group rates apply to full payment. Students who want an instalment plan can book individually on the conference page at the standard price.
How do we pay?
By card or bank transfer at checkout. Every order receives an invoice.
