Confirmation and receipt
An order confirmation and receipt arrive by email within minutes. Keep the order number for any question about your payment.

Invitation letter
Once your payment is confirmed, the team issues your invitation letter for visa purposes in the name on your application.

Before you travel
Country allocation and committee placement come through the app, with online briefings before the conference. If you chose two instalments, the balance is due by 5 November 2026.
