At Best Diplomats, we are committed to providing equitable opportunities for aspiring leaders, diplomats, and changemakers from all backgrounds. Our Scholarship Programme is designed to recognize outstanding individuals who demonstrate potential, purpose, and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the world of diplomacy and leadership.
Eligibility Criteria:
We believe that opportunity should not be limited by age, region, or educational background. Therefore, our scholarship programme is open to all individuals, regardless of demographics. Selection is purely merit-based and grounded in the evaluation criteria listed below.

Motivation & Purpose Statement
Applicants are expected to submit a thoughtful and compelling statement outlining their interest in the Best Diplomats conference, how it aligns with their personal and professional goals, and the impact they hope to make.
Previous Participation
Candidates who have previously attended a Best Diplomats conference will be recognized for their continued commitment to personal growth and international dialogue. Such individuals will be given preference during the nomination process for the Scholarship Programme.
Previous Best Diplomats Awardee
Applicants who have previously received any award in at our conferences such as the Best Diplomat Award, Outstanding Diplomacy Award, Exceptional Leadership Award, Outstanding Negotiator Award and Best Diplomatic Stance Award will be given preference during the nomination process for the Scholarship Programme,
Country Representation
Applicants selected as Best Diplomas Country Representatives will be given preference for nomination to the Scholarship Programme, in recognition of their role in promoting international diversity and representation.
Problem Solving (Scenario-Based)
Applicants will respond to a real-world diplomatic scenario to demonstrate their analytical thinking, creativity, and diplomatic problem-solving skills. (will be shared in the form)
Financial Need
Financial need will be considered based on the applicant’s personal statement and supporting context, helping us direct resources to those who require them most.
Scholarship Tiers
Based on the evaluation process, applicants may be awarded one of the following scholarship levels:
Tier 1 – Full Conference + Accommodation Scholarship
Includes hotel accommodation, meals, official delegate status, and full access to all conference sessions and materials.
Tier 2 – Full Conference Participation Scholarship
Covers full conference access, official delegate kit, participation credentials, and meals. (Accommodation not included)
Tier 3 – Percentage-Based Scholarship (up to 80%)
Covers up to 80% of the total conference fee. The remaining cost must be covered by the participant.
Tier 4 – Percentage-Based Scholarship (up to 50%)
Covers up to 50% of the total conference fee. The remaining cost must be covered by the participant.
Please note:
Neither scholarship tier covers airfare, visa fees, travel or medical insurance, or any miscellaneous personal expenses. These costs are the responsibility of the selected participant.

Does the scholarship cover all participation costs, including conference fees, accommodation, meals, and international travel?
The scholarship may covers accommodation and meals. However, it does not include airfare, visa fees, medical/travel insurance, or any other miscellaneous expenses.
Is it a full or partial scholarship?
Scholarships are awarded based on the applicant’s profile, including responses to application questions and financial background. Selected candidates may receive either a full or partial (up
to 50%) scholarship.
Are scholarships awarded based on region, background, or specific profiles?
Yes. Once selected, scholars will receive an official Best Diplomats Application Invitation, which includes a visa support letter and full access to the Best Diplomats platform.
How long does the selection process take?
After the participation payment is made, results and next steps will be communicated within
10 working days.
Will I receive official documentation for visa purposes?
Yes. Once selected, scholars will receive an official Best Diplomats Application Invitation, which includes a visa support letter and full access to the Best Diplomats platform.
Is this opportunity only for students, or can professionals also apply?
The scholarship programme is open to both students and professionals.
Does the scholarship provide 100% financial aid?
The scholarship covers a percentage of the total fee, based on the strength and overall evaluation of each individual application, as determined by the selection committee.
Can previous applicants or past attendees of Best Diplomats Conferences apply?
Yes, all individuals including previous applicants and past attendees are welcome to apply for the Scholarship Programme.
Is the programme available in multiple languages or accessible formats?
Currently, the official language of the programme is English. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English for participation.
Are letters of recommendation or endorsements required?
While not mandatory, strong recommendations from academic institutions, NGOs, or
diplomatic entities may strengthen your application, particularly for full scholarship consideration.
Does the programme offer virtual participation options or is it entirely in-person?
The Best Diplomats Scholarship Programme is designed for in-person conferences.
Is the scholarship payment refundable?
Yes, the scholarship payment is 100% refundable in the form of a credit voucher, valid for up to one year. This voucher can be applied to any ongoing Best Diplomats conference worldwide.
What happens if my scholarship application is not selected?
If your application is not selected, you will receive a full refund in the form of a credit voucher, valid for one year and redeemable for any Best Diplomats conference across the globe.
How long does this scholarship program last?
The program is ongoing and will continue based on the availability of funds, until further notice.
Can I reapply for the scholarship if my application is rejected, or is it a one-time opportunity?
Yes, you may reapply after one month from the date of your previous application’s rejection. We encourage applicants to strengthen their profiles before reapplying.
Are there any age restrictions for the Scholarship Programme?
No, there is no specific age limit for applying to the scholarship programme. Applicants of all ages are welcome.
Terms and Conditions
Non-Transferability of Participation
Scholarship recipients are not eligible to transfer their participation to another individual or to any other conference, under any circumstances, including unforeseen situations that may prevent them from attending.
Scholarship Allocation Rights
The Selection Committee reserves the full right to allocate scholarships to any conference organized by Best Diplomats or its associate partners, including but not limited to Impact Directors.
Visa Support and Responsibility
Scholarship recipients will receive access to the Best Diplomats Mobile Application, through which they can obtain the official visa support letter. Please note that while this letter is intended to assist with the visa application process, Best Diplomats is not responsible for the issuance or denial of visas. Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate of the destination country.
