Diplomatic Stance Competition

Honoring Excellence in Youth Diplomacy

In line with our vision to nurture global youth leaders and foster diplomatic excellence, Best Diplomats brings the Diplomatic Stance Competition. The competition aims to reward the outstanding and emerging young scholars who demonstrate sophisticated skills in critical thinking, persuasive writing and international relations, which embodies the diplomat of the future.
Participants from all around the world are welcome to take part in this competition, which is open across all Best Diplomats conferences.

Awards & Recognition

Participants who submit outstanding Diplomatic Stances will be awarded as per the following five Award Categories:

Best Diplomatic Stance Award (1 Recipient)

The Most Exceptional Diplomatic Stance Awardee will have his/her conference fee fully waived off and Best Diplomats will cover his/her Accommodation and Flight Ticket.

Outstanding Diplomatic Voices (5 Recipients)

Five Outstanding Diplomatic Stance Submissions will have their Conference fee fully waived off and Best Diplomats will cover their Accommodation during the Conference Days.

Emerging Leaders (5 Recipients)

Five distinguished participants will recieve a full conference fee waiver at one of the Best Diplomats Conferences, however, the accommodation will not be covered.

Honourable Mentions (20 Recipients)

Twenty promising participants will have a partial conference fee waiver, reducing their conference fee and opening doors to global recognition.

All submissions will be assessed by the Best Diplomats Academic Team through a transparent competitive framework to guarantee equal opportunity, trust, and academic morals.

This competition is designed to support the Best Diplomats Academic vision, which focuses on active global youth diplomacy to foster a more collaborative, participatory, and educated world. We can't wait to receive and appreciate your work.

Important Note:

The competition fee is $50, which is refundable in the form of a credit voucher. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive the official topic along with clear guidelines on how to structure and submit your paper. We’ll also share the key focus areas to help you craft a strong and compelling Diplomatic Stance.
