Our Scholarship Programme is designed to recognize outstanding individuals who demonstrate potential, purpose, and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the world of diplomacy and leadership.
Eligibility Criteria:
We believe that opportunity should not be limited by age, region, or educational background. Therefore, our scholarship programme is open to all individuals, regardless of demographics. Selection is purely merit-based and grounded in the evaluation criteria listed below.

Motivation & Purpose Statement
Applicants are expected to submit a thoughtful and compelling statement outlining their interest in the Best Diplomats conference, how it aligns with their personal and professional goals, and the impact they hope to make.
Previous Participation
Candidates who have previously attended a Best Diplomats conference will be recognized for their continued commitment to personal growth and international dialogue. Such individuals will be given preference during the nomination process for the Scholarship Programme.
Previous Best Diplomats Awardee
Applicants who have previously received any award in at our conferences such as the Best Diplomat Award, Outstanding Diplomacy Award, Exceptional Leadership Award, Outstanding Negotiator Award and Best Diplomatic Stance Award will be given preference during the nomination process for the Scholarship Programme,
Country Representation
Applicants selected as Best Diplomas Country Representatives will be given preference for nomination to the Scholarship Programme, in recognition of their role in promoting international diversity and representation.
Problem Solving (Scenario-Based)
Applicants will respond to a real-world diplomatic scenario to demonstrate their analytical thinking, creativity, and diplomatic problem-solving skills. (will be shared in the form)
Financial Need
Financial need will be considered based on the applicant’s personal statement and supporting context, helping us direct resources to those who require them most.
Scholarship Tiers
Tier 1 – Full or Partial Scholarship applicable to the Accommodation Package
Tier 2 – Full or Partial Scholarship applicable to the Non-Accommodation Package
Terms and Conditions
• Scholarships under either tier do not cover airfare, visa fees, travel or medical insurance, or any other personal or incidental expenses. All such costs shall be borne solely by the selected participant.
• Partial scholarships shall be granted in the form of a fixed monetary coupon code. The coupon code may be applied toward the selected package category (Accommodation or Non-Accommodation).
• Upon using of the coupon code, the participant shall be required to pay the remaining balance, if any, to successfully complete the registration process.

Terms and Conditions
Non-Transferability of Participation
Scholarship recipients are not eligible to transfer their participation to another individual or to any other conference, under any circumstances, including unforeseen situations that may prevent them from attending.
Scholarship Allocation Rights
The Selection Committee reserves the full right to allocate scholarships to any conference organized by Best Diplomats or its associate partners, including but not limited to Impact Directors.
Visa Support and Responsibility
Scholarship recipients will receive access to the Best Diplomats Mobile Application, through which they can obtain the official visa support letter. Please note that while this letter is intended to assist with the visa application process, Best Diplomats is not responsible for the issuance or denial of visas. Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate of the destination country.
