Each pay page shows the packages, the fee that is open now and the payment buttons. Registration comes first: pay once your application is accepted.
Good to know
Instalments
Every fee can be paid in two instalments. The first reserves your seat; paying the second, by the date shown in the fee table, completes your enrolment. The links for the second instalment are under the open fee on the conference page.
Groups of five or more
Schools, universities and organisations book all seats in one order: group rates from five students and one free teacher place for every ten paid students. Group delegations.
Scholarship holders
Your scholarship fee and payment link are in your award email. If you cannot find it, write to info@bestdiplomats.org with your application number.
Refunds and transfers
Fees paid in full are transferable to another conference or refundable as a credit voucher under the refund, voucher and transfer policy.
